The Star quartet brand is presumably an offshoot of the Piatnik brand.

The backs of the cards always feature the same red checkered pattern. The plastic sleeves were presumably blue and unmarked. The sets of four cards also included blank white cards. The number of these blank cards cannot currently be determined.
